Tenant Screening: Criminal background, employment verification and resident/rental history. Our screening complies with all applicable laws including Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Maintenance: We have in-house staff and a network of licensed contractors to provide our clients with timely and cost effective repairs and upkeep. Emergency 24 hour response.
Bookkeeping: Mortgage, tax and utility payments. Monthly profit and loss reports.
Section 8 Program: We are knowledgeable in all Section 8 rules and regulations.
Property Inspection: Inspections are completed at move in, move out and intermittently throughout tenancy.
Rent Collection: Our collection process is professional and diligent. Tenant can pay rent by mail, in person or dropping into our lock box. Rent can then be deposited into your bank account.
Eviction Processing: We will manage the eviction process. We take the necessary legal action towards evicting tenants. We have a relationship with a law firm and constable. Their fees are affordable and they provide excellent service. You may choose to have your own constable and/or law firm; we will accommodate and work with them in your best interest.
